- Peel skin of carrot.
- Cut off tops and bottoms.
- Cut carrot in half.
- Cut bottom slice off carrot to square it off and make it safe to cut.
- Start cutting down to make large slices.
- Start cutting julienne strips off of the slices.
- For brunoise cut(fine dice), take your julienne strips and cut into little 1/8” x 1/8” squares.
